1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "as67" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to as67 and its operators, including the website at https://as67.io and all related services.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account on as67 or who accesses the platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on as67, associated with a unique username and password.
• "Wallet" means the BDT-denominated balance held within your as67 Account from which bets are placed and into which winnings are credited.
• "Bet" means any wager placed on a sporting event, casino game, card game, or any other product offered on the as67 platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, or other incentive offered by as67 to players subject to applicable bonus terms.
• "BDT" means the Bangladeshi Taka, the sole operating currency of the as67 platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity and age verification processes applied by as67.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6.
• "MFS" means Mobile Financial Services, referring to providers such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the as67 platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a Bet, or using any feature of the as67 service, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and agree to be bound by them.

3 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

The as67 platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. Persons under 21 years of age are prohibited from registering an account, making any deposit, or placing any bet on the as67 platform. as67 applies a rigorous age verification procedure at the time of registration and may require additional documentary evidence of age prior to processing any withdrawal request.

3.2 Registration Requirements

To register an Account on as67, you must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. You must update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one as67 Account. Registering more than one account — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. as67 employs technical and manual checks to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, as67 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void all transactions conducted through those accounts.

3.4 Geographic Restrictions

4 Account Rules

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your as67 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. as67 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify as67 immediately by contacting our support team at [email protected]. as67 may temporarily suspend your account pending an investigation into any suspected unauthorised access.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

as67 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time. This may include but is not limited to: a government-issued national ID card, passport, or driving licence; proof of residential address dated within three months; and proof of ownership of any payment method used for deposits or withdrawals. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by as67 may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

4.3 Account Currency

All as67 accounts operate exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard are credited to your Wallet in BDT. Withdrawal requests are processed in BDT to your nominated payment method. as67 does not support multi-currency wallets or foreign currency transactions.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

Deposits to your as67 Wallet may be made via the payment methods available on the platform at the time of deposit, which currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. as67 does not charge a platform fee on MFS deposits; however, your MFS provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which as67 accepts no liability.

Deposit transactions are processed in real time for MFS methods and are subject to standard banking processing times for card transactions. as67 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit where it suspects fraud, money laundering, or a violation of these terms.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Players must withdraw funds to a payment method they own; third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. as67 processes withdrawal requests to MFS accounts (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) within two business hours during BST peak hours, subject to verification requirements. Bank card withdrawals may take three to five business days depending on the issuing bank.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. as67 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. Where bonus funds are involved, withdrawal eligibility is subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable bonus terms.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

as67 applies anti-money laundering (AML) policies in accordance with international best practice. All transactions on the platform are monitored for suspicious activity. as67 reserves the right to freeze account funds and report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the player where required to do so under applicable law or its international gaming licence obligations.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on as67 are final once confirmed by the platform. It is the player's responsibility to verify the accuracy of all bet selections, stake amounts, and odds before confirming a bet. as67 will not reverse or cancel a confirmed bet due to player error. Bets will only be accepted if sufficient funds are available in your Wallet at the time of placement.

6.2 Odds and Markets

as67 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any betting market or odds at any time without prior notice, including after a bet has been offered but before it has been confirmed. Where a market is suspended or withdrawn before a bet is confirmed, the stake will be returned to the player's Wallet. as67 makes no guarantee as to the continuous availability of any specific market, including cricket, football, or other sports markets.

6.3 Void Bets

as67 reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances: where an obvious pricing error has occurred; where the outcome of an event has been influenced by corrupt conduct; where the player has engaged in prohibited betting patterns including arbitrage or matched betting using as67 promotional funds; or where a technical error has resulted in the incorrect display of odds or market information.

6.4 In-Play Betting

In-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of live data feeds. as67 uses automated systems to manage in-play markets, and there may be a delay between live events and the updating of in-play odds. In-play bets placed during a period of delayed data will be honoured where technically possible, but as67 reserves the right to void in-play bets where data integrity cannot be confirmed.

7 Casino Game Rules

All casino games offered on as67 — including live dealer games, slots, blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and other titles — are governed by the individual game rules provided within each game interface and by the terms of the respective game software providers, including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and others.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the as67 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or algorithms to place bets or interact with the platform in any non-human manner.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the as67 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to the reproduction, modification, distribution, or reverse engineering of any as67 software, game content, or platform component.

11 Privacy & Data

12 Limitation of Liability

15 Governing Law
